Work closely with business stakeholders and other functional areas to transform strategic initiatives and business needs into digital campaigns.
Plan and design Digital Marketing Strategies.
Act as the project manager within the organization to manage all digital and social media marketing initiatives.
Coordinate marketing updates to the Relevant website, including the homepage and marketing-focused landing pages.
Aware of latest Brand Marketing strategies.
Handling Customer Issues on Social Media.
Coordinate reporting efforts with our marketing analytics team to analyze general performance as well as specific campaigns and leverage these findings for future recommendations.
Serve as the eyes and ears of the company brand on social media, and bring opportunities to the appropriate parties when they are presented.
Serve as the organization’s expert in all things related to social media and digital marketing.
Manage the organization’s YouTube channel, including uploading videos, imagery, tags, and descriptions and ensuring videos are removed as necessitated.
As necessary, attend company-sponsored events to cover from a social media perspective (live tweeting, sharing photographs, etc.)
Manage the company’s social media influencer campaigns.
Some budget management will be required.
